Prices, general terms and conditions of the Hotel Bel Mont and important information for your stay in Val Gardena - Gröden

Arrival and departure
On the arrival day the room is available at 2.00 p.m. If arriving after 7 pm, please let us know in advance.
On the departure day the room must be vacated before 10 a.m.

Prices
The prices above are per person and day with a minimum stay of 7 days and include half-board.
Prices also include the current VAT rate of 10%; should the legislator change the VAT rate, the prices will be adjusted.

Tourist tax
In addition to the board prices, a tourist tax of € 2,80 per person and day will be applied.
From the 1st of January 2026 the tourist tax will be € 3,60 per person and day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

Double room for single use
We add a surcharge, the prices are available upon request.

Discounts for children (with 2 fully paying guests staying in one room)
50% reduction for children aged between 2 and 5.9 years.
30% reduction for children aged between 6 and 11.9 years.
10% reduction for children over 12 and adults.

Baby cot supplement
From 0 to 1.9 years Children's bed: € 25.00 per day without half-board.

Dogs
Dogs are only allowed on payment and request.

Full board supplement
The additional charge for full-board treatment is € 50,00 per person and day.

Parking/garage
You can park your car in the outside parking for free or in the indoor garage on payment (we recommend booking your parking space in advance as spaces are limited).

Wi-Fi
Our hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the whole building.

Reservations
Your booking will be considered binding upon written confirmation and payment of the deposit. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation of the booking
Cancellation of your booking must be made in writing.
Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
For late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows, we'll charge for the entirely booked period..

The hotel invoice can be paid by:
• ordinary bank transfer before your arrival, instant bank transfer at the check-out.
• credit card: debit card, Mastercard, Visa (NO American Express) at the check-out.
